detection of Neutralizing Antibody to SARS-CoV-2 in human fingertip blood,
venipuncture whole blood, serumand plasma specimen.
The SARS-CoV-2 neutralizing antibodies are protective antibodies produced by the
human body after injection with SARS-CoV-2 vaccine or infection with SARS-CoV-2.
The test is intended as an aid to assess the adaptive humoral immune response to

A total of 621 samples collected from SARS-CoV-2 PCR positive and negative
individuals ( 214 positive and 407 negative) were tested with theSARS-CoV-2
Neutralizing Antibody Test Kit (Colloidal Gold）.
A positive sample is a patient sample more than 20 days after the first symptoms
appeared.
